RESERVATION POLICIES:

Reservations can be made here. Please be sure to confirm your appointment time according to your local time zone. Appointments are set according to EST. Clients will be given a 15 minute grace period. If appointment is missed without prior notification, you will not be eligible to reschedule (no call/no show).

Appointments are not confirm or considered "booked" until payment has been rendered.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of appointment time. Clients will be granted two opportunities to reschedule missed appointments. Deposits and payments are non-refundable, but transferable to another service.

Travel

Ty Shaw is available to travel. All accommodations and travel expenses must be covered by the client. Please inquire for additional details.
